School Fees from september 2013

DEPOSIT £ 750

- Change of mind before child starts

Where a deposit has been paid before the child starts at the school and the parents change their minds with the result that the child never attends the school, the deposit will only be refunded if notice is given before the 15th June that immediately precedes the start of the relevant school year.

- Departures at the end of a school year

If a child leaves the school at the end of a school year but before CM2, the deposit will only be refunded if notice has been given before the 15th June of that year.

- Departures in the course of a school year If a child leaves the school in the course of the school year, the deposit will not be refunded.

If a child is to leave the school before the end of the school year, a full term’s notice must be given. If a child leaves the school at the end of a school year, but before CM2, notice must be given before 15th June of that year. If proper notice has not been given, a full term’s fees will be payable.

NB. Exceptionally, for the school year, the reduction for the families which have more than one child attending the School, will be of £ 20 for the second and £ 30 for the further children.

PAYMENT

The school fees must be paid at the latest one week before the new school term begins. In the case of non payment by this date, we reserve the right to remove your child’s name from our registers. The payment has to be made either by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds Sterling (please do not forget to specify at the back of your cheque the pupil’s name and the invoice number) to :
