A comprehensive offer of extra-curricular activities

To meet the needs of families and working parents, the Ecole Jacques Prévert offers a morning and evening after-school club with extensive opening hours. From CE1 (primary year 3) onwards, children can also attend our after-school homework club as well as numerous clubs organised by our parents' association, the APEEF.

Études Dirigées (Homework Club)

Schedule & Eligibility

- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Not on Wednesdays)
- Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Eligible Pupils: CE1 to CM2
- Pupils are grouped in small supervised cohorts, usually by class level.
- Sessions are held in classrooms and led by school teachers.

Open to children aged 3 and above. Children may join starting from their 3rd birthday.

How to Book

Step 1 – Register on SchoolComms:
Visit: https://www.parentpay.com/schoolcomms

Step 2 – Book via School Gateway App:
1. Download the app:
   - Apple Devices: www.schoolgateway.com/apple
   - Android Devices: www.schoolgateway.com/android
2. Enable push notifications.
3. Launch the app and choose ‘New User’.
4. Use the email and mobile number registered with the school.
5. Enter the PIN code sent to your phone to activate.

Update your contact information with the school to maintain access.

Booking & Cancellations

- Each child must be registered separately.
- Limited places – bookings are on a first come, first served basis.
- Bookings can be made for individual or multiple days.

Cut-off times

• Morning Club: Book or cancel by 8:00 am on the same day
• Afternoon Club: Book or cancel by 2:00 pm on the same day

Cancellations & Amendments

• Cancel before cut-off to receive a credit.
• For changes: Cancel and rebook (credit for old booking, charge for new).


*Child Care vouchers can be used for Ecole Jacques Prévert clubs (Morning, Afterschool and Homework Clubs)

**Please note that you will be charged an extra £5 for every session attended but not booked in advance.
